I see your face.
But I walk the path alone.
I watch you move.
I see your smile.
But I walk the path alone.
I might say hi or walk on by and throw the feelings away.
It’s dark and cold,
As these memories unfold,
And I need you.

I see the truth.
I hide away.
But still I think of you.
I see the girl.
I know the end.
But still I think of you.
I realise as time goes by, I was never your type of girl.

It’s burning my soul
And it takes me to dark places
It has scared me much, but also made me aware
For in my life its claimed all spaces
I have learned I’m too young to die
But still, day by day the weaker I get
And the weaker I get the more I cry
I’m dying for someone to notice
Yet I’m too weak to let anyone know
I’m at the point of no return
It won’t let me go
With every grim occasion
Little does anyone know
I’m simply trying to survive

To love some one is not an easy feat
But with you it seems like I may fly
When I'm with you i feel wholly complete
I promise with me you will never cry

I may not ride a gleaming white horse
But I will love you till the end of time
With you I feel like my life is on course
my heart and soul are now sublime

I'd rather sit under a tree with you
Than to be in heaven with the angels
because without you life is very blue
I swear I'm not playing any angle

So please know my love for you is true
You are the one and only girl I love
Lets stick together like gorilla glue

A Slight CurseI sit here and think,
How perfect you are,

I am more sure about us, than I know Han Solo and Princess Leia are meant to be
From the way you turn my face scolding red
Master Skywalker I have one request for you

For my throat gets as dry as Tatooine
And my  hands are as wet as Kamino

Eyes flash with fear,
Combing the black

My pupils adjust
To what is unjust
And peer and them,
Reciting my hymns.

Teeth bared without regret-
What a sight I won’t forget.
I will forever recollect
Being genetically incorrect.

Relief courses through me,
And I climb down my tree.
I repel from my cover,
And leave, in peace, to meet my lover.

A drop of honey slowly caresses your lip
In the spring light you look so beautiful
We have been friends for a long time
But I know now that I am in love with you
The shade from the tree above
Compliments your delicate face
You talk of your folks and of friends past
But I can't listen when there is poetry going on in your eyes

Love, for years we have shared each other stories
And it is now I see that we are truly the same
With our own differences, surely
But with our similarities running so deep
One could only wonder if we weren't lovers in a past life
I wish I could describe this rush of emotion that fills me
But instead I lean in, interrupting you
A kiss, a simple kiss, to show you how I feel

Alas! My love, you return it with much passion
Lo! how my heart skips and thunders from my chest
I behold you in all of your wondrous beauty
And wonder if heaven is missing an angel.
You should know, now, that I want to be with you always
But the words escape me, so I will tell you with another kiss.

And by the look in your eyes, I believe they are mirrors of the intent in my heart.
